8mbed Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 8mbed platform and its users. All conditions set out in this document are mandatory for every user.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to 8mbed's website, applications and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal platform account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward offered by 8mbed.
• "Wager" refers to a bet placed in any game.

1.2 Applicability

These terms apply to all services, products, promotions and bonuses of 8mbed. 8mbed reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and play on the 8mbed platform, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 8mbed may request identity documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, browser, IP address or payment method is prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true and accurate. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure. Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to 8mbed immediately. Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on the 8mbed platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The following methods may be used for deposits:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami and Sonali Bank)

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments made in a third party's name are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

8mbed reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing a withdrawal. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20x (twenty times).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: if you receive a bonus of ৳10,000, you must wager ৳200,000 before withdrawing. The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

• The wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time from the date the bonus is received.
• Certain games may count towards bonus wagering at different rates.
• Breaching bonus terms may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 VIP Program

8mbed's VIP program has three tiers earned through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to abuse or exploit the bonus system, 8mbed reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

8mbed is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that every spin or hand is completely random.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any automated software, bots or scripts.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with others to manipulate games.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the game system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 8mbed will make its best effort to provide a resolution. However, 8mbed is not responsible for internet connection problems, power outages or issues with the user's device.

Account Closure and Restrictions

6.1 8mbed's Rights

8mbed reserves the right to limit, suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Provision of false information.
• Evidence that the user is a minor.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

6.2 User Rights

A user may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any balance remaining in the account may be withdrawn before closure, provided no bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Use of Data

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, PG Soft and JILI are available on the 8mbed platform. These providers' own terms and conditions may apply. If any issue arises due to a third-party game, 8mbed will make efforts to assist but will not accept full liability.

8mbed believes in responsible gaming and encourages users to maintain healthy gaming habits.

9.1 Setting Limits

Users may set the following limits on their account:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Daily, weekly or monthly loss limits.
• The option to take a break for a specified period.

10.3 Final Decision

8mbed's decision is considered final unless a different decision is reached through legal proceedings. The user is considered to have agreed to this condition by using the platform.

Changes to the Terms

8mbed reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be given on the platform when changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.
